Wayne New Jersey resident Joseph Federico,Vice President of NJMET and an engineer by training, is an innovator in the field of detecting counterfeit electronics. Joe, a resident of Wayne, NJ, has led NJMET, Inc.'s engineering department which has developed a reputation as one of the premier electronics testing companies in the world. NJMET is based in Clifton, New Jersey.
Joseph Federico has helped NJMET win major contracts from the United States Department of Defense and NASA, as well as from multinational aerospace manufacturers and European and Israeli governmental agencies.
NJMET takes pride in it's charitable works which are spearheaded by Joseph Federico. NJMET will sponsor its seventh Bus Trip to Atlantic City on Saturday, March 24, 2012. Money raised from this trip will be contributed to breast cancer research through the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer.
Joseph Federico has announced the company’s annual charity efforts will be directed to aid families burdened by the post war and tsunami aftermath that has affected the lives of more than 50,000 people in Sri Lanka.
Over the past three years, Joseph has led a campaign at NJMET to send used clothes, pencils, notebooks, soap, toys to needy families who are refugees housed in churches, temples and schools throughout Sri Lanka.
Joseph Federico is also heavily involved with his community. Joseph regularly donates his time and money to several charities, including the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital, and the March of Dimes Foundation. Recently, Joseph Federico announced the conversion of his production company, Federico Productions Video Company, into a not-for-profit organization, thus enabling him to provide film and video services to local and national charitable agencies. With a long history of church service, Joseph Federico held the position of CCD Instructor for 18 years and functioned as a Eucharistic Minister and Church Elector.
